Starting October 31st, 2023, all food and clothing voucher clients must have an appointment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays to receive services.


Walk-in Days are Mondays and Fridays only.

Joyful Journeys is dedicated to providing essential assistance to as many clients as we can. With the increasing challenges faced by our community, it's even more necessary for people to rely on our support. We are working tirelessly to find sustainable solutions that enable us to serve you even more effectively. To address the growing need, we are implementing a more sustainable solution. 

Starting October 31st

We are pleased to announce important updates to our Essential Program:

  • New Appointment Days: To better meet your needs, we will be transitioning to more APPOINTMENT-ONLY days for food pantry and clothing voucher assistance. These appointments will be available on TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, and SATURDAY.
  • Streamlined Appointment Windows: We value your time and have made adjustments to appointment durations, shortening them by 5 minutes. We kindly request that all clients with appointments arrive 10-15 minutes early. This will enable you to complete any necessary paperwork or set up a Link2Feed account efficiently.
  • Punctuality Matters: In our new system, arriving on time is vital. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are late for your appointment, our client intake specialists will use their discretion as to whether we can accommodate you on the same day. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

New Requirements for Recent Changes:

  • You are required to have a Link2Feed account number BEFORE your appointment with our intake specialist.
  • A Food Bank of the Rockies Client Card with a unique barcode is essential. If you are a new client, please request one.
  • Please ensure you have a valid government-issued ID with you at the time of your visit.
  • Arriving 10-15 minutes early for your appointment is kindly requested.
  • NEW - ALL Food and Voucher distributions now require an appointment on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Client Responsibility: It's crucial to note that clients are solely responsible for canceling their appointments. Failure to do so may result in not being able to visit on future appointment days. Please refer to your original confirmation email from Signup Genius to “view/change your appointment” to make the cancellation. Our staff is unable to make these changes. 

Revised Walk-In Days: Walk-in days are now available exclusively on Mondays and Fridays on a first come first served basis. Wait times may excede a 3-6 hour wait.

Intake Hours: Please be mindful that our intake process concludes promptly at 4:00 PM. Ensure that you are checked in before this time.
